We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will be working on our long-term, international projects. You’ll join an international team of Front, Backend and Mobile App Developers, Testers, and Product Owner.

As a Senior QA Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for IoT devices and hardware components
• Conduct thorough testing of IoT devices, including connectivity, performance, and security.
• Use Python to develop automated test scripts for IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, CoAP).
• Test IoT device integration with cloud platforms and edge computing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Document test results and work with development teams to implement fixes.
• Stay updated on IoT trends and emerging testing methodologies.
• Preparing architecture for automated tests, creating test plans, executing tests and communicating the current challenges to the stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IoT hardware testing
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, etc.)
• Familiarity with IoT testing tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Unittest)
• Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A person who has experience in design of test architecture 
• A person who has experience in organization of test process 
• Fluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1) 

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure IoT Hub)
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in IoT
• Certifications in IoT or software testing
