What you'll do

As a Junior IT Specialist you will work closely with business users and the IT team, resolving ongoing issues and supporting daily work with systems and tools (including AI solutions).

Responsibilities:

  • First-line support (Help Desk): Receiving, diagnosing, and resolving ongoing requests (incidents and requests) from our employees.
  • AI tool and business systems support: Managing access to internal solutions (e.g., LiteLLM, AI Portal) and daily work with systems such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Odoo, Entra ID, GitLab (we’ll teach you everything!).
  • Hardware and process management: Participating in onboarding and offboarding processes (hardware configuration, granting permissions in a modern environment).
  • User support: Providing support in Polish and English (international work environment).
  • Documentation and security: Creating IT manuals, utilizing AI assistants to optimize workflows, and supporting the team in maintaining security standards (ISO 27001 and upcoming AI standards, e.g., ISO 42001).
  • Branch Management: Regular (planned) visits to our Katowice office for on-site support and hardware maintenance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Languages: Excellent command of Polish and communicative English (minimum B2) – daily work with documentation and English-speaking users.
  • Passion for IT and new technologies: General knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows), and an open approach to artificial intelligence tools.
  • Soft Skills: You are communicative, patient, and enjoy helping others. For us, “soft skills” in the Service Desk are just as important as technical skills!
  • Mobility: Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally to Katowice.
  • Location: Willingness to work primarily from our modern office in Leszno (we offer a hybrid model, but initially, we want you to be frequently on-site to ensure a smooth onboarding process).

Nice to have:

  • First commercial experience in a Help Desk/IT Support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, or Atlassian platforms.
  • Interest in how AI is transforming today’s IT (e.g., ticket automation, scripting).
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Can I work 100% remotely?
We love meeting in person in our offices in Leszno, Katowice, Poznań and Wrocław, but yes, you can work 100% remotely and have flexible working hours if the position you applied for allows it. Some positions may require you to collaborate with team members in one of our offices. If this is the case, our Recruitment Specialist will let you know.
