Are you the HR Lead we’re eager to hire? 

We are looking for an experienced, independent HR lead to take full ownership of the HR function in an organization of approximately 150 employees spread across two countries and multiple sites.

This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational coordination.

The position reports directly to the COO and has a tangible impact on organizational culture, people processes, and company standards.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a stand-alone HR Manager role
  • Proven experience in independently managing HR processes in an organization of a similar size
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and its practical application
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of independence, accountability, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards
  • Fluent command of both Polish and English, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have

  • Work experience in an IT company/software house 
  • Knowledge of  Jira Software 

Your responsibilities 

  • Full, end-to-end responsibility for the HR function across the organization
  • Acting as a trusted HR Lead for managers and team leaders
  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession, offboarding)
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with labor law requirements
  • Advising managers and leadership on labor law, employee relations, and people management matters
  • Building and strengthening organizational culture and internal communication
  • Coordinating recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers
  • Overseeing payroll and personnel administration processes in cooperation with external providers or the finance team
  • Analyzing HR data and preparing reports, insights, and recommendations for the Management Board
  • Initiating and leading HR-related projects, including development and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance of HR activities with applicable labor law and internal standards

Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar HR position

English & Polish C1 | HR processes | Recruitment experience | Excellent communication skills
