We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will manage of the end-to-end software and hardware development projects cycle in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Comprehensive managing of the end-to-end software and hardware development projects cycle 
• Facilitation of SCRUM events and cooperation with the teams on a daily basis 
• Driving the team to continuously develop the project’s scope, objectives, detailed plans and quality metrics 
• Maintaining direct relationships with the clients – engaging into project daily work 
• Ensuring transparency of project status through regular communication with internal and external stakeholders 
• Supporting and educating project stakeholders in the area of backlog management and product ownership 
• Together with the rest of the Product Delivery team, constantly improving processes, implementing new tools and solutions 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in leading software or/and hardware development projects in cooperation with international clients 
• Strong experience and understanding of agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Previous experience as a Scrum Master strongly preferred 
• Strong experience and understanding of software and embedded systems development cycle 
• Strong experience and understanding of the JIRA and Confluence tools (Power BI desired) 
• Experience in managing several projects simultaneously. Ability to plan, monitor and report the work of project teams 
• Very good self-organization skills with proactive approach and can-do attitude 
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills   
• Management skills, with a servant leadership management style 
• A team player with strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests 
• Fluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1) 

• Experience and understanding of the architecture of IT systems 
• Experience and understanding of the Cloud and AI systems 
• Agile and/or traditional methodologies certification (e.g. PMP, SAFe, PSM (I-III)) 

• Remote job with possibility of working in our office in Leszno, Katowice, Poznań or Wrocław (we expect a willingness to come to our offices for team meeting)
