We are looking for a Head of DevOps who can oversee a team of 6 people (juniors, regulars, seniors) and the development of the DevOps area in TKH Technology projects.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS/Azure environment 
  • 4+ years of experience managing software engineers/developers, DevOps, etc. 
  • Strong experience in automating infrastructure and processes using Terraform 
  • Experience with cloud-hosted infrastructure  
  • Experience with container Kubernetes  
  • Working experience with Git repository  
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)  
  • Experience in the administration of Linux and Windows operating systems 
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools  
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent cohesive team-building skills 
  • Proven ability to build new teams, structures, and divisions  
  • Troubleshooting   
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills   
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests  
  • Experience in goal setting   
  • Drive to get things done, takes ownership, positive attitude  
  • Experience in dependency and risk management  
  • Experienced Agile practitioner   
  • C1 level in English is necessary to ensure the ability to communicate effectively about business and technical subjects with our customers, project teams, and business stakeholders

  • Experience in IoT projects

Your responsibilities 

  • Effectively leading a team of DevOps Engineers
  • Mapping and implementing strategies that support the growth and maturity of our organization
  • Maintaining and improving the engineering job families
  • Ensuring that all DevOps engineers have both performance and development goals
  • Helping DevOps engineers grow and mature by providing regular training
  • Working with the Product Operations Director
  • Describing/setting the standard for all engineering processes
  • Ensuring continuous technical improvements, better teamwork, and knowledge sharing

Must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS/Azure environment

4+ years of experience managing software engineers, DevOps | English C1

  • Agile Management: Scrum, Kanban, Agile  
  • Knowledge repository: Confluence, Wiki, GitHub, SharePoint, GitLab
