About
your role

As an Engineering Team Manager, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 30 developers who work on different products in a multidisciplinary international product teams but share similar knowledge and expertise.

Your responsibilities 

  • Facilitating knowledge exchange between your team members, motivating them, and stimulating their personal development while considering the organizational needs.
  • Playing a critical role in providing leadership, management, and direction to the team.
  • Being well-informed on product developments in general and guiding your team in the best way possible.
  • Making sure the team feels a sense of belonging to our international organization and organizing social activities for the team.
  • Cooperating with stakeholders (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Designers, and Quality & DevOps Engineers) to continuously improve work organization, and increase team results.
  • Keeping in touch with our HR departments in the Netherlands and Poland to look after our employee wellbeing and answer recruitment-related topics.

Our requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of management or scrum master experience within complex IT environments.
  • You have experience with the Agile methodology.
  • You have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • You fluently speak Polish and English.
  • You have strong analytical skills.

How big is TKH Technology, and how is it structured?
There are 100+ specialists working at TKH Technology. Our company structure is flat and open, and we address our friendly colleagues and managers by their first names. Our leaders are accessible - they willingly communicate and spend time with people, regardless of their position.
Can I work 100% remotely?
We love meeting in person in our offices in Leszno, Katowice, Poznań and Wrocław, but yes, you can work 100% remotely and have flexible working hours if the position you applied for allows it. Some positions may require you to collaborate with team members in one of our offices. If this is the case, our Recruitment Specialist will let you know.
What can I expect to receive in my Onboarding Package?
Depending on the position, you'll receive a laptop, a monitor, a phone, and headphones or earphones.
Do you offer a training package?
