What you'll do

As a TKH Technology Business Analyst, you’ll be a part of our software team and work on our hardware and software projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders within the business and IT related to software application development
  • Analyzing business requirements & data flows (feature level), conducting feasibility studies, usability requirements analysis
  • Creating detailed models such as logical data models, use case diagrams, technical user stories, and other UML related
  • Transferring business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, capturing and maintaining these in the Product Backlog
  • Defining MVP\Goals\Deliverables by prioritizing requirements in terms of business requirements
  • Supporting Scrum Team in fulfilling requirements delivery
  • Translating requirements into specifications and creating high-quality documentation
  • Conducting analytical and brainstorming workshops

Our requirements

  • Ability to use tools to collect and model user requirements and translate them into requirements against an information system
  • 5+ Experience as a Business Analyst
  •  C1 level in English is necessary to ensure the ability to communicate effectively about business and technical subjects with different audiences (customers, project teams, business stakeholders)
  • Practical knowledge of UML, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Experience with technically defined business logic
  • Can do attitude and full ownership of assigned tasks
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of building digital products
  • Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with Product Design Specialist
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall model

Nice to have

  • The C4 model for visualising software architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Dual-Track-Agile and Product Discovery practices
  • Acknowledge Domain Driven Design

Must have 5+ years of business analyst experience

Can I work 100% remotely?
We love meeting in person in our offices in Leszno, Katowice, Poznań and Wrocław, but yes, you can work 100% remotely and have flexible working hours if the position you applied for allows it. Some positions may require you to collaborate with team members in one of our offices. If this is the case, our Recruitment Specialist will let you know.
